Ready for an amazing and delicious Valentine's Day experience? We will be joining the chefs of Truffle Shuffle — experts in deliciousness and trained at the French Laundry — for a live “cook-along” evening! This time, we'll be learning to prepare Pan-Seared Steak with Truffle Oven Fries! (Vegetarian option available).
 
Enjoy some of the tastiest truffled recipes in an entertaining, interactive class with world-class chefs. You’ll even learn techniques to make this amazing dish in your own kitchen! Our professional chefs are here to show you the way to a perfect dish step by step!

  • Days before the event, we’ll send you an ingredient kit with all the supplies you’ll need to create this amazing dish in your own kitchen.
  • The cook-along will take place online — it's easy to connect, no need to download anything!
  • Grab your favorite beverage, throw on your finest chef's hat and get ready for truffles — it's dinner time!
 

What Causes Am I Supporting?

Funds collected for this event will support local Rotary projects, including COVID-19 protection to vulnerable workers and families, nutrition for the hungry, essential supplies for local schools and other critical needs in our community.
